My favorite Erfrischerling flavor! This kombucha reminds me of my childhood, when in late summer we always had an abundance of rhubarb from my dad's garden. The kitchen was often filled with the delicious aroma of various rhubarb jams and freshly baked pies. The Erfrischerling siblings have done a fantastic job of perfectly balancing the tartness of the rhubarb with the subtle sweetness of the raspberry.
