After a silent retreat in early 2025, I decided to give up alcohol and was surprised by how few good alternatives there are in Germany. It wasn't until I later visited my family and friends in the USA that I realized what I was missing here: a conveniently accessible variety of delicious, vibrant kombucha, like they have there.
