Callista is a German hop variety from the Tettnang growing region between Lake Constance and the Allgäu. The mild lake climate there creates ideal conditions for particularly fine aroma hops, and exactly these can be tasted here in their full finesse. While hops often quickly become bitter, Bellysense shows its gentle side with delicate, floral notes, entirely without sharpness or alcohol. The natural fermentation gives the whole depth, but remains deliberately mild and not very acidic, so that the hops have room to unfold. A kombucha for everyone who fancies something unique: fine and aromatic, but pleasantly balanced from the first to the last sip.
